The Breathe-In Breathing System (BIBS) upgrade* delivers inhale-activated oxygen with exhalation expelled outside the chamber. The XLS's standard 40 L/min oxygen system supplies both seats, so BIBS needs no change to the oxygen concentrators.

When a site calls for more than a standard delivery — restricted access, upper-floor placement, or sectional units — we coordinate the equipment and crews to place your chamber safely.
For restricted ground access or upper-floor placement, a crane lifts the chamber into position.
Heavy-equipment handling moves and positions the unit on-site wherever ground access allows.
Sectional units can travel through building elevators for interior, upper-floor installation.

Two. The XLS seats two side by side in first-class captain seats, so you can share every session.
The XLS is built in three sections and moves as three sections. Assembled, it measures 90.6″ long, 69.6″ wide and 70.9″ high on casters. Our team reviews your delivery path and confirms the access route before your order ships.
A 40 L/min oxygen system comes standard, alongside dual redundant 120 L/min air compressors (240 L/min total). The optional BIBS upgrade delivers that oxygen as inhale-activated flow through a mask at each seat, with no change to the oxygen concentrators.
We recommend a 12-by-10-foot room with 7-foot ceilings. The chamber sits along the long wall with its sliding entry door facing the room, and the operating units sit behind it.
Routine maintenance includes regular filter replacement, seal inspection, and system calibration. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
