Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
  • When providing your phone number on our web site or any social media platform you are indicating consent to receive SMS text messages and/or phone calls from Oxycell to provide the information you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Phone number email and contact information will never be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.
  • We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
  • We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
  • We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

The My Oxycell app, and AI-assisted support

My Oxycell is the companion app for customers who have purchased an Oxycell chamber. This section explains what the app collects, what we do with it, and — because parts of the app are AI-assisted — exactly which third parties receive your information. It applies in addition to the principles above.

What we collect in the app, and how

  • Account information — the email address you sign in with, and your name. You give this to us when you buy a chamber or accept an invitation to an order; sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
  • Your order and chamber details — order number, model, quantity, order date, estimated delivery, delivery milestones and the documentation that applies to your chamber. These come from our own order records, not from your device.
  • Messages you send us — what you write to your concierge in the app, and the subject and body of any support ticket you open.
  • Your voice — only during a live voice session with your concierge, and only after your device asks for microphone permission. We do not listen at any other time.
  • Device notification token — if you allow notifications, so we can tell you when your order moves.

The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, health data or advertising identifiers, and it contains no third-party advertising or tracking.

What we use it for

To show you your own order, to answer your questions, to send you order and service updates, to provide warranty and support for the chamber you own, and to keep the app secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where AI is used, and who receives your data

Two parts of the app are AI-assisted. Before anything you write is sent to any of the providers below, the app shows you a disclosure and asks for your permission. If you decline, those features stay switched off and you can still reach a person by phone, text or email.

  • Your concierge (chat and voice) — when you start a session, we send your first name, your order details (model, order number, order stage and estimated delivery), the messages you type, and, in a voice session, your microphone audio, to ElevenLabs, Inc., which operates the conversational AI service, including its speech-recognition and speech-synthesis models. ElevenLabs passes the conversation to Google, whose Gemini model generates the assistant’s replies. ElevenLabs stores the conversation transcript, and the recording of a voice session, on our behalf.
  • Support tickets — the subject and body of your ticket, your name and your email address are sent to Zendesk, Inc., which hosts our support desk. Replies to your ticket are drafted with the help of an AI assistant running on Anthropic’s Claude models, and our support team is responsible for what is sent to you.

These providers act for us, under data-processing agreements that require them to protect your information to the standard set out in this policy and to use it only to provide these services to us — not for their own purposes. Anthropic does not train its models on the content we submit through its API, and ElevenLabs’ agreements with the AI model providers it uses prohibit those providers from training their models on your conversations.

How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted

We keep your account, order and support records for as long as you own an Oxycell chamber and for as long afterwards as we need them to meet our warranty, service, tax and legal obligations. Conversation transcripts and voice recordings are held by ElevenLabs on our behalf and are deleted on request. Anthropic deletes the content of an API request within 30 days by default.

Your choices

  • Give or withdraw permission for AI features — in the app, open Account › Privacy and switch AI help on or off at any time. Switching it off stops any further data being sent to the providers named above.
  • Delete your account — in the app, open Account › Delete account. This removes your sign-in identity, your email address and your personal in-app data. We keep the purchase record of the chamber itself as a business record, because we must be able to service, ship and warranty a chamber you still own; it is no longer visible in the app.
  • Ask us anything else — to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have your conversation transcripts and recordings deleted, email support@oxycell.com and we will action it.
