Oxycell Ambassador Agreement

In brief

What you are agreeing to.

You buy a chamber on ambassador terms. A discount comes off at purchase, and a rebate comes back to you once your content is in. Your exact figures are in your proposal and Tier Confirmation.
You create content. A testimonial video and a social post — the same at every tier, plus anything added in your Tier Confirmation.
Your rebate is released when your deliverables are received. Paid within thirty days.
If you do not deliver, you simply do not receive the rebate. No penalty, nothing to repay. You keep the chamber at the price you paid.
Oxycell may use what you deliver in its marketing, permanently and worldwide, along with your name and likeness as they appear in it. We will not edit it to say something you did not say.
No exclusivity, and referrals are separate. You are free to work with other brands; referral fees are earned under their own agreement.

Oxycell Athlete Content & Endorsement Agreement

1. What this is

You're buying an Oxycell chamber on ambassador terms. In exchange, you create content about your genuine experience with it. The deal is one simple loop: a discount comes off at purchase, and a rebate comes back to you once your content is in.

2. Your tier

Your tier is ICON, STAR, or PRO. Your tier and your exact figures — your price at purchase and your rebate amount — are stated in your proposal and restated in your Tier Confirmation. Both are part of this agreement. If the Tier Confirmation and anything else ever disagree about pricing, rebate amount, or deliverables, the Tier Confirmation controls.

How the money works:

ICON — you pay 50% of standard pricing when you order. Once your core deliverables are received, 100% of what you paid comes back to you as a rebate — the chamber is free.
STAR and PRO — a discount is applied when you order, and a matching rebate is released once your core deliverables are received. Your discount and rebate amounts are the ones stated in your proposal and Tier Confirmation.

3. What you deliver

Your core deliverables are the same at every tier. Unless your Tier Confirmation says otherwise:

One testimonial video, at least 60 seconds — your experience, your story.
One social post — a video, or a high-res image with the chamber.

Shoot it however you like. Phone footage is fine as long as it's clear and well lit. If something's genuinely unusable — too dark to see you, say — we'll tell you and you can reshoot it.

4. Your rebate — how you get paid

Every tier works the same way: your rebate is released when your core deliverables are received.

ICON — your rebate is 100% of your purchase price.
STAR / PRO — your rebate is the amount stated in your proposal and Tier Confirmation.
Your rebate is paid within 30 days of receiving your deliverables.
If you don't deliver, you don't receive the rebate. There is no penalty, and nothing to pay back. You keep the chamber at the price you paid for it.

5. What we can do with the content

All content you deliver — including your name, likeness, and voice as they appear in it — is licensed to Oxycell royalty-free, in perpetuity, for marketing use: website, advertising, social channels, email, sales materials, and trade presentations.

Content may be edited for length and format. Oxycell will never change the material content of your video.

You keep the right to use and post your own content however you want.

6. Content standard

No medical claims. No promise of treatment, cure, or outcome — wellness, recovery, and performance only.

7. Referrals

If you also send us customers, your referral fees are the standard Oxycell partner fees, set by chamber type, per installed referral:

Soft shell (OxyMax line) — $1,500 · Hard shell (OxyPro line) — $5,000

As an ambassador, the hard-shell rate applies from your first introduction — the standard partner step-up is waived.

Referral fees are earned and paid under the Oxycell Referral Partner Agreement — earned when your referral's chamber is installed, paid on that agreement's terms. Nothing else in this agreement changes that one, and nothing in that one changes this one.

More content or more installed referrals can unlock better terms over time — higher referral fees, additional equipment (red light therapy, cold plunge), and flagship placement. Any expansion terms like these are agreed separately, in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Rebates already earned will be paid, content already delivered remains licensed to Oxycell, and you keep your chamber.

9. General

This agreement, your proposal, and your Tier Confirmation together are the entire deal on this subject, and changes have to be in writing. If any part is unenforceable the rest stays in effect. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to rebates earned and unpaid. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
