Congratulations on your Oxycell hyperbaric chamber! This guide walks you through everything you need to know from now until your first session.

Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery is 2–8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on model and availability. You'll receive updates from our logistics team.
Your Chamber Includes
All accessories included: pressure gauges, release valves, oxygen masks, hoses, cables, and order-specific upgrades.
Informed Consent
Your informed consent must be completed to avoid delays. Delivery cannot be scheduled until this form is submitted.
Wellness Device Classification
Oxycell chambers are wellness devices designed to increase blood oxygen levels and support overall wellness. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Prohibited Items
NEVER bring these items into the chamber:
- Smartphones, tablets, laptops, e-readers
- Smartwatches, AirPods, fitness trackers
- E-cigarettes or power banks
- Any electronic device with a battery
Health Screening
Certain conditions may disqualify you or require physician consultation:
- Untreated pneumothorax — Absolute contraindication
- Severe lung disease (COPD, emphysema, severe asthma)
- Heart failure or severe cardiovascular disease
- History of seizures or epilepsy
- Pregnancy or possibility of pregnancy
- Implanted electronic medical devices
Delivery Route Verification
Route verification must be completed to avoid delivery delays and/or additional charges for special equipment.
Record a Video Walkthrough
Use your phone to record the complete entry route from curb to installation room:
- Start at the curb — Where the delivery truck will park
- Walk the entire path — Through all doorways, hallways, and entrances
- End in the installation room — Where the chamber will be placed
- Show all doorways — Measure and include dimensions; pause to show details
- Note any obstacles — Tight corners, narrow passages, or barriers
- Elevator — If using a freight elevator, include all dimensions including doorway
If you're unable to use the video link, email video and details to logistics@oxycell.com. Include measurements of all doorways along the path.
Preparing Your Space
Your electrical setup must be ready for installation day. Consult with a licensed electrician 2–3 weeks before your scheduled delivery.
Electrical Requirements
Your chamber system requires dedicated electrical circuits — not shared with other appliances. Standard power source is 110V.
20 or 30 amp
—OR— 1 x 40 amp
Electrical code requires circuits for continuous use to operate at no more than 80% capacity. Your electrician should account for this when sizing circuits.
Outlet Placement
Outlets should be installed as close as possible to where the chamber will be placed. Extension cords should be avoided for safety and performance.
Pre-Delivery Checklist
- Consult with a licensed electrician
- Install dedicated circuit(s) per your chamber configuration
- Position outlets near the chamber location
- Test circuits to confirm proper operation
- Clear the installation area before delivery day
Delivery & Setup
Delivery ETA
Normal delivery is 2–8 weeks depending on model and availability. A firm delivery date will be provided 3–5 business days before delivery, pending your confirmation. The team will not deliver without contacting you first.
White Glove Delivery
Your chamber includes premium White Glove delivery. Our team will deliver, position, and set up your chamber to ensure it's operational. A separate installation call with a technician follows to cover operations, safety, and technical questions.
Delivery Process
- Delivery & Positioning — Team brings all components into your space
- Assembly — Chamber cabin, AIO machine, O2 concentrator, and AC are set up
- Electrical Connection — Equipment connected to your dedicated circuits
- System Test — Full pressurization test to verify operation
- Ensure the entry path is completely clear
- Have your electrical circuits ready and tested
- Plan to be present for the entire delivery
- Prepare questions for the delivery team

Installation & Training
Installation Call
A hyperbaric technician will conduct a 30–60 minute live training call to explain chamber functions, walk through a test session, and answer your technical questions. This is typically scheduled within 3 business days of delivery.
Onboarding Call
Schedule an onboarding call with Dr. Jami Avellini to review safety guidelines and receive your hyperbaric training course access.
HBOT Training Course
Your chamber includes a hyperbaric training course by Dr. Zayd Ratansi:
Your training access will be sent to the email on file with your order. To use a different email, contact support@oxycell.com.
We recommend finishing your online training before or shortly after your chamber is delivered.
